Fun Things We Create

Philosophy and Style of the CROOZ Group

“Creating Cool and Fun ○○”

You can freely choose what goes into ○○:
for example, "ideas", "design", "programming",
or maybe "products", "services", "people", or "achievements".
With a playful spirit, the CROOZ Group strives to create and deliver
cool and fun things to the world.

CROOZ Group Shared Guiding Principle

“Speed. Period.”

At CROOZ Group, we uphold “Speed. Period.” as our shared behavioral principle.
The First Chess Theory shows that in 86% of cases,
“the move thought of in 5 seconds” and “the move thought of in 30 minutes” are the same.
We believe it’s better to act and get 70 points in 5 minutes
than spend 3 hours aiming for a perfect 100.
